At Cheech and Chong, we take our THC vapes seriously. While most vape brands use cheap isolate mixed with cutting agents, our Legends line uses authentic live resin with 25% or more THCa content. That means smoother hits, richer flavor, and a more complete entourage effect.

We never use glycerin, MCT oil, or any synthetic cutting agents. Every device contains 100% hemp-derived ingredients: THCa live resin, food-grade PTSA-free Delta-8 THC, strain-specific terpenes, and supporting cannabinoids like CBN and CBD depending on the strain profile.

How THCa Vapes Work

THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the raw, naturally occurring precursor to THC found in all cannabis plants. In its raw form, THCa is non-psychoactive. But when it is heated — like when you take a draw from a vape — it undergoes a process called decarboxylation and converts into real Delta-9 THC.

This is the same process that happens when you smoke flower or make cannabis butter. The heat transforms THCa into the THC that produces the effects people are looking for. Our vapes are designed to heat the live resin extract at the optimal temperature to ensure full conversion and maximum flavor.

Each strain in our Legends line has been hand-selected to match the personalities of the icons themselves. The Cheeched Sour Diesel is an energizing sativa that delivers a creative, uplifting boost. The Chonged OG Kush is a relaxing indica that promotes deep calm and body relaxation. Both contain 2,000mg of total cannabinoids per device.

Are THC Vapes Legal?

Yes. Our THCa vape products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, making them compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and federally legal. However, some states have additional restrictions on THCa products. We currently cannot ship THCa vapes to Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, California, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Hawaii, Kansas, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wyoming.

How to Use Your Cheech and Chong Vape

Our disposable vapes are draw-activated and ready to use straight out of the box. Simply remove the device from its packaging, place the mouthpiece to your lips, and inhale. No buttons, no charging, no filling required. For best results, take slow, steady draws rather than hard, fast puffs.
